Fd-lok 2 valve manifold is mainly composed of valve body, valve stem, valve tip, packing, valve handle and vent plug. Fd-lok two valve manifolds are available in various materials such as SS316, SS316L, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276,F51,F53,F55, 625, 825.Standard packing material is Teflon (PTFE). If necessary, select the appropriate packing according to the pressure and temperature adviced by Fd-lok.
Fd-lok three valve manifold feature in:
1.Pressure up t 10000psi(414bar) for standard stainless steel body
2. Temperature for PTFE packing from -65°F to 450°F（-54°C to 232 °C） Temperature for Grafoil packing from -65°F to 1200°F（-54°C to 649 °C）
3. Packing below stem thread isolates the thread lubricant from the media
4. Back seating design protects the packing in fully open position
5.Non-rotating stem tip 100% factory tested
