1. The non rotating valve tip (NRT tip) structure ensures that there is no rotating wear between the valve tip and the valve body. Installation manual and operation instructions for high pressure needle valve
High pressure needle valve is a high-pressure stop valve with high pressure resistance and small diameter.
1. Before installing the high-pressure needle valve, check whether the appearance of the needle valve is damaged. If it is damaged, the needle valve may not work normally. At this time, consult the technician or supplier.
2. Before installation, check whether the valve interface, the inside of the valve and the valve surface are clean. If they are not clean, they can be purged with an air gun (Note: if there are iron filings, be sure to get rid of the iron filings and other solid particles, so as not to damage the inside of the valve body or even the sealing surface).
3. Correctly install the needle valve on the pipeline or system according to the needle valve structure. Needle valves with marks at the inlet and outlet shall be connected according to the marks (inlet inlet and outlet). For needle valves with no identification at the inlet and outlet, they shall be connected according to the principle of low inlet and high outlet, that is, the low connection port is the inlet and the high connection port is the outlet. Note that the pipeline and system must also be clean, and a filter shall be installed in the system to protect the system components.
4. After installation, open / close the needle valve 2-3 times to check whether its performance is good. Note: when opening or closing the valve, do not use excessive force (excessive force may cause seal failure). Usually, when we close the valve, as long as we can close and withstand the system pressure, we can't forcibly rotate the handle
